well if they cant have batman we know the rest of the bat family related guys are offlimits too. And like i said before i doubt hawkman would be doable or even get his rights for jsa episode. I think guys we are going to get are some of the ones i listed above.

like i was saying it would be cool if it was him. But with his wings i dont think he would be totally doable to do on smallville's budget. I will be surprised if he is picked. But i still think it will end up being wildcat/fate/midnite/hourman/starman type of guys for the jsa episode.

well yea its just wings but to make them look realistic and then if he is going to fly around that could be a bit pricey for them. That is why i think going for the lesser power types of guys like i said would be more doable with the jsa episode on smallville budget so then budget isnt being blown on a hawkman guy. Plus we have no clue right now which jsa guys minus golden age flash/green lantern are offlimits due to rights issues.

I think it could be Hawkman throw some fake wings on him and a flying scene or two, honestly there going all out with effects this year so maybe it wouldn't matter

true but geoff kinda stated sorta in one of the interviews that hawkman isnt likely to show up like how flash/green lantern golden age cant. I still think we will end up with wildcat/fate/hourman/midnite/starman/ types for the episode. Wildcat def no powers/easy look. Then if it is only 3 members we are actually seeing like legion. I would then two two guys with a bit more flashy type of powers.

Wings aren't that expensive, say compared to a train rolling and falling off the tracks, so I don't see why people think otherwise.

If Smallville can afford a Gopher Moat, they can afford Hawkman.

well even if he was there is still the whole red tape deal and which guys are off limits like golden age flash/green lantern for the jsa episode. But i still say likely jsa guys are likely the ones i stated above. Plus also this has to be for the jsa episode, first since we know its going to be episode 11 they would likely be shooting it within the next month or so. Second it was stated the jsa members will be in their 40s, which the casting list shows its looking for someone 38-49 range. Then third we havent had any news of any other dc heroes poping up post jsa episode yet.

I don't know if there's redtape for Hawkman. I haven't heard of any movie deal in development for him. I'm sure they will only announce which heroes will be in the episode once they cast them. Much like they did with the Wonder Twins.

probably so. Though i cant wait to see which guys we do get. I will be totally surprised if wildcat isnt one of the numbers the cheapest one to pull off and easy costume to do. It would be a total shocker if he isnt picked or has red tape issues.

would be nice the spoilers say there is to be jl vs jsa. but for all we know it could just be clark/ollie with the 3/4 jsa members. I think it might be to hard to get any more jl guys back and not blow the episode's budget counting on what jsa guys are used and their looks/powers.

I agree .. it sounds like Hawkman. Especially the "fantastic physique" line.

It could be Wildcat but the "all ethnicities" also sounds like it could be Hawkman. The reincarnation aspect would allow for him to be portrayed many different ways.

well maybe they just said that to look at all types of actors for any of the jsa guys. Cause what most are white right? but if you go with guys like hawkman/mr. terrific are different. Heck they could end up changing a few things about which ever jsa guys are used.
