Cool cheats, i dont think ill use them though. well i wont if theres a way to unlock them without cheating anyway.

Well, according to the latest preview in Game Infomer, you'll unlock a new costume for the apprentice after each mission and there are also going to be other ways of unlocking more costumes. They didn't say though.

I don't use cheats either. Unless, as you said, there's no other way of getting what the cheat code gives me.

Although I might use all the cheat codes (if they're available) for the costumes, so I can choose from the beginning which one the apprentice is going to wear.

That video was pretty damn cool. Im liking the idea of different costumes, i think thatll be a cool touch. One thing i really want in the game, and i know it EXTREMELY trivial to most of you, but i want the ability to turn my saber on or off at will, dont ask me why, i just want that option to be in there. The game is looking nice so far tho, im excited for it.

Well, i didnt think you could do it on command. Its been awhile since iv played it but i thought that after a few sec's the computer would automatically turn the saber off. I know i could do it in Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. And again, i know its trivial and petty and it wont really affect how i view the game, its just a little thing that i want to see. The good news is from the video that was posted a page back, it looks like i can do that.

I somehow didn't notice this preview when I saw the new webdoc at Yahoo! Games.

What's interesting about this preview is that it mentions the game will have two different lightsaber styles. I don't know if this means the lightsaber combat will be great but it at least means they aren't overlooking it and focusing only on the Force powers.

I want to be able to turn off the lightsaber, too.

Oh, another game that lets you do that is "obi-wan" its pretty old and on xbox..Do you guys think we could play as palpatine "SOMEWHERE" through the story??

I think all the physics look great. The best thing about Jedi Outcast was picking storm troopers up and slamming them into things. I'm glad this game looks to completely encourage such behavior.

oh and about the lightsbare styles. if you notice he holds it backwards, with the blade facing behind. thats probly one style and the other will be facing normal.

or maybe its dark side style or light side style lol

i dont think so. even the aprentices get the robes. ive seen i pic of him were he looks fresh and he's in light clothing so i'd say hes like tht at first. and then progresses to the pic above.

Yea you unlock a costume each level with the ability to use any previous costume. I think thats pretty cool, it should keep things somewhat fresh.

Haha, yea i feel the same. I wouldnt use it on the first play through, but deff on the following playthroughs.

On the topic of costmes tho, im hoping that towards the end of the game, after all the battles the Apprentice goes through that there will be some sort of Vader-esque costume, with like a full mask or something of the like.

i think there is that, i saw a box set of the aprentice and his costumes and its like the evolution of him or somthing, anyway his last form looks cyborgish i think..
