As everyone indicates the only reason anyone is even talking about this show here and anywhere, is Harvey's "accidental" efup and absolute humiliation of the runner-up. ...which people seem to enjoy.

Steve Harvey was using his right hand in holding the paper so it's possible that his thumb was covering the Philippines name and thought that since the Colombia name is horiontally in line with the Miss Universe word, he announced Colombia as Miss Universe 2015.

Then he prollly take a look on the paper again since he didn't mention Philippines as first runner up and discovered that his thumb was covering it.

So i think the problem here is how the names on the paper was placed/written

I think what has happened has made Miss Universe 2015 event more popular. I still love it because the last part was different, a bit awkward but dramatic. People make mistakes and this is one of it and for me, what happened wasn't really bad especially on the host part because he did well and admitted that he made a mistake.


The next host should be Henry Cavill.

Oh there are lots of theories. Some defending him, others condemning him. He messed up on purpose, or he just messed up. Bottom line for me is that he's pretty much a total hypocrite and a judgmental ignorant man.
