Steven Spielberg Teams with Stephen King for Under the Dome

I think that part of it is from stretching himself too thin. How can you focus and make something great when you have half a dozen projects going on at once?

^^
You can't that's why the 3 shows he produce(d) are overall not good. We already have fast food producer in Luc Besson/EuropaCorp, Spielberg should have put quality over quantity.

Yup. Terra Nova was bad too. I quit that after a few eps. Oddly, the only part I liked was before they went into the dino past. I was digging the present world and its bleakness. But I'm weird that way.

Whoa man! Hold your horses! Terra Nova was not bad at all. It was just to expensive. I was so pissed that it got cancelled that I put a bounty on Sawyer...............but my debit card got declined and I've been running from the mafia ever since. True story.

I thought last night's episode "Incandescence" was one of the best in season 3 and a good predecessor to the finale.

I'm SO glad that *****, Junior, finally got what was coming to him in spades... and what a trip that Big Jim ends up as a Congressman... how fitting, LOL...

Big jim knows how to play the game. Good for him. I thought the knock to the head mught straighten Junior out, but he was lost. Glad he was taken out

I almost didn't recognize Norrie.

Well, that was...inconclusive. Entertaining as a season finale, but not how you want to end a series.

They didn't even resolve the infection plotline or kill the queen or nothing. Plus only one Jim died, which is 50% less dead Jim than I was hoping for. On the plus side, soldier Norrie is way cooler than sorority Norrie, and nobody died last night that I have a problem with. Bye, Sam. I guess that's what you get for killing Angie.

P.S. Bring back Angie and Melanie. I know it doesn't make any sense, but whatever. They could have teleported into the Jim/Barbie/Julia scene in a flurry of butterflies, said, "The queen is in Missouri, and we know how to fight her," and shot lasers out of their eyes that showed a blueprint of a spaceship on the wall, and I'd be like, "Yeah, sure, why the **** not?"

Pain is what helps bring them out of the alien influence. I think Junior came back at that last moment, otherwise he would have been able to take out Big Jim.

I suppose it is. Most congressmen in Washington are like the slimy used car salesman.

I caught the "previously on" after Big Brother was over last night and it just looked absurd.

I just finished season 3 on Netflix and it seems like this show has gotten mostly bad reviews around the web. Personally I've enjoyed it from the very first episode, it was a fun ride.

Oh, and the actress that played Eva, my god :ilv:

Overall, I really enjoyed the show. For those like me who read the book, it was hard to really appreciate it knowing how far the show strayed from the book. Its better if you see it as a whole different animal rather than comparing the two. One thing the show did better was explaining the dome.
