Superman: The Movie STM/SII Superman or MOS/BvS Superman?

Based off of their respective first two movies, which Superman do you prefer?

Cavill. The Reeves movies don't hold up for me anymore. Still, for lots of folks, the nostalgia will never die.

Never once did I feel that Cavill embodied Superman, which is a shame.

Eh, true. He was certainly good in the role.

The Superman that inspires hope, instead of fear. The Superman played by an actor who brought honesty and sincerity to the portrayal. An actor who demonstrated charisma and screen presence in his performance. He definitely wasn't wooden and really gave life to the character.

Gives me chills to think how incredible an actor like Reeve would have been as Superman in a modern film like this.


I hope they cast and portray the next Superman much better than the disappointing Snyder version.


I don't understand how any Superman fans can support the way Zach Snyder has butchered the character.
