stoopid question

    I read the FAQ rules about how an administrator can allow you to post attachments, but no clarification as to how and why they choose to let some posters do this, but not others. I had some cool pics to post in one of the TIH threads and e-mailed the mods regarding this - but I never got a reply. Would someone here "in the know" please fill me in?

    People are allowed to upload attachments after they reach 1000 posts. Until then, you have to have them hosted by a company like was mentioned in the post above.
