They also have a video of the outtakes and in one of them, Vader hits his head entering the train car, so yeah they probably did it a number of times.

Do you have to pay royalties when you're not getting payed yourself? And why don't they also have to pay royalties for using the likenesses of the characters?

That would have been great, if there were a person in on it on the train in normal clothes and Vader force choked him at the end.

Ha, that was major league awesome! I don't understand how they did the voice though. I'm not aware of any device that makes you sound like James Earl Jones under a mask and copying his voice from the actual film and playing it back will also contain the background music as well.

P.S. The guy playing Vader almost screwed the whole thing up by bumping his head into the doorway, and why was he lifting his cape up with both his hands?
