Have you ever tried certain food that came out with flavors you thought may sound strange and not good at all, but ended up liking them anyway?

Like now, I just had some Onion Blossom Pringles and Pomegranate 7Up. The Pringles weren't bad, but the Pomegranate 7Up barely had any taste to it.
 
Yeah dude. Most sushi and sashimi have names that make you think one thing, but when you eat it, it's like...."Dude!"
 
I bought those same pringles, I did not care for them at all.
 
Ketchup chips are so common and popular in Canada I was SHOCKED to see them totally unavailable when I moved to the States (though I did see one brand carry the flavour a few years later). Same with dill pickle and all-dressed.
