I wasn't active in Smallville back then, but that image is from the second season I believe, so it would have to be Exodus.

Here's a good question i was thinking of. From day one through present day, what are all the restrictions wb/dc comics put on the show? Then what ones have been lifted? we all know about certain things here and there through the years, but i do wonder how much is restricted from them.
