The Red K also affects Kara based on her startling choice of dress in a couple of the pictures.

I know this is meant to be bad girl Kara but it just looks to me more like a woman her age would dress than how she normally does.

Good call, looking at the bigger pic she actually looks like her Aunt Astra.

Kara's looking a lot like Ronda Rousey in this pic. I know Melissa Benoist's put on some muscle mass since Glee to take on this role, but wardrobe normally has her wearing longsleeves as Kara (to give us the idea that she's got the SG outfit underneath at all times). Love how they're letting her show off her arms/shoulders. She's fit.

But this will make me appreciate the adorkable Kara and Supergirl who eventually show up in the end as Red K affects are temporary, like 48 hours.

great to hear we will be getting red k, i said this in the general thread i am a little disapointed it looks like they are going sv route and having red k just turn folks bad and what not. I was hoping they would go with classic red k effects.

Then I'm fascinated by the thought of what it would have done to Astra, because she kept her feelings about Kara bottled up and hidden from Non.

You know, I'd find it much more hilarious if the result of red K exposure on Kara was. . . basically not much other than being a little less polite. An uninhibited Kara still being a good person, just less restrained in calling people on their BS.

however I think this episode will be really interesting and will launch the sprint for the final episodes.
I think that there will not be Non to expose Supergirl to red kryptonite, I think we might have some surprises
