They called that Spider-Man one The Ultimate Spider-Man edition....basically same dvds with one with a few more featurettes and a trailer for SM2...

I just can't wait for this 14 -disc one, though. So there's no official announcement as to when it comes out?

It will be released Nov. 28.

The 8 film Reeve boxset will retail for around $80, although the Donner cut will not be included in the set. Instead, it will be available separately for $25.

So it looks like just buying all the films (including SR and the Donner cut) will cost close to $120.
