That's an official photo from a poster, but I don't know about it being the official DVD Art. I think that it is an international poster so it is the DVD Art in the meantime, just as the U.S. theatrical poster is being used now on U.S. sites.

I just checked with my friend, it's the Brazilian rental cover of the DVD.

I just got the info that this was the theatrical poster they used in Brazil. I saw the Brazilian covers of some of their releases, like BLADE 3, THE CROW, FF4 and X-MEN 1.5, and they're different from the american editions.
