If anyone has read this, I'd like to know - is it any good?

It's a fun read, good action great mix of villains. And the art is pretty cool it looks as if it were a Disney animated movie.

I've been debating whether to buy it too. I really liked that old "All Star Squadron" team up they had where Shazam was the Super Nazi and Supes had to battle him. What a great read back in the day.

Honest opinion,

It raised Captain Marvel up to my top ten heroes list. Helped make Superman relatable while still maintaining his alien nature.

I'd say that it was one of my favorite books to come out this year. I love it. I bought all the issues seperate as they came out, and I'm gonna buy the TPB soon.

Witty, but serious at times, I love the art. A great read.

Yeah, it was good. Especially the end. The final couple of scenes were fantastic.

Its not to bad of read.

I mainly picked up the book because of Middleton's art. I loved what Middleton did with NYX.

The first three issues were just barely above average, IMO, but the last one was so fantastic...I'd buy it just for that.

The last few pages were fantastic. Fantastic.

I would recommend it in a heart beat.

I had never really been a fan of Captain Marvel until I bought the large size book that Alex Ross did of him (but I wasn't sure if it was just the fact that I liked Ross' work so much). So when I saw this series, I picked it up to check it out....and I really liked it.

Can't wait for that Trails of Shazam. Should be great.
