The new cast of Survivor was just revealed this morning. The new twist is that there's gonna be tribe of new contestants against a tribe of favorites past contestants.

Here's this seasons cast:

Airai Tribe

Michael Bortone (1), Tracy Wolf (2), Joel Anderson (3), Kathleen Sleckman (4) Erik Reichenbach (5), Mary Sartain (6), Chet Welch (7),
Natalie Bolton (8) , Jason Siska (9), Alexis Jones (10)

Malakal Tribe

Cirie Fields (11), Jonathan Penner (12), Amanda Kimmel (13), James Clement (14), Ozzy Lusth (15), Yau-Man Chan (16), Eliza Orlins (17),
Jonny Fairplay (18) , Parvati Shallow (19), Ami Cusack (20)

YAY! Very excited that Eliza & Cirie are back! Looks like it should be another great season!

The producers are really getting desperate, aren't they? Couldn't they get any of the REAL all stars back so they resorted to these people?

Also, number 3 needs to lay off the steroids and why does number 5 have the body of a 30 year old weight lifter but the face of a 12 year old boy?

Jonny Fairplay really got f***ed up by Danny Bonaduce, didnt he?

Yep. You know he is going to be the first one out. He will be like Rich Hatch and Matt C. on Survivor All-Stars. No one will trust him and eliminate him immeidietly. He is really an impotent candidate, when you think about it.

The All Stars tribe was only chosen from players from Season 7-15.

A lot of the people that were asked back wanted appearance fees (Tom Westman, Terry some others) so they got axed.

I'm happy with the All Stars cast. Most of them either were the stars (Fairplay, Cirie, James, Eliza, Ozzy, Yau Man) or had big impacts on their seasons they were originally in.

Maybe, but still...a lot of them were essentially worthless players who rode on the coattails of other. Johnny Fairplay, Cirie, etc were all amusing to watch, but they didn't really do anything outside of leech off stronger players and lie about their grandmother. Where are the Ruperts, the Toms and Terrys, etc. The REAL all-stars of the past 8 seasons? Appereance fees be damned, they should've got them.

Eww @ Rupert. Such a horrible OVERRATED player. Talk about not doing anything and still getting rewarded.

Cirie is probably one of the best female players as of late, if not ever.

I think this tribe is great players and strategist. Just what this show needs. It'll be interesting to see the dynamic once the two tribes either switch or merge together.

Apparently, the newbies tribe had no idea they were going up against a tribe of past contestants until the first challenge. Can't wait to see their reactions. I know would flip out in joy if I was on this season and saw Cirie and Eliza. lol

If Rupert was overrated, then so is Cirie. Rupert is one of the most physically dominating players in the game's history (perhaps second only to Colby). Cirie was not physically strong. She was not strategically strong (in fact, she was a hinderance to her team). She was simply a vote that was used by stronger players. To call her one of the strongest female players in the game's history is ridiculous.

There is more to Survivor then being strong in the challenges. You have to have a fine balance. You have to be valuable and still know how to play the game and get far. There's no use in being strong and good in challenges win you either can't get far, if you do get far, can't back up getting there w/o a good strategy. Rupert played with 0 strategy. His arrogant personality in Pearl Islands was so nerve wrecking. He expected people to just lay down and let him when and be the noble person. He forgot the there are 16 other people there that wanted it just as bad as he did and they got him in the end.

I loved the Tribal Council where he had no flippin clue he was getting voted out.

And I never said she was the strongest, I said she was the best, meaning best player. What Cirie lacked in strength, she made up for it in gameplay. Her play the round Courtney got voted out (convincing to split the vote 3-2-1) absolutely BRILLIANT! She made an strong alliance early on with Aras and they both stayed true to each other all the way to the end, reeling in the goat of a player Danielle. And then watching Terry and his tribe completely self destruct at the merge. What a horrible player he was looking back.

I appreciate good game play over being strong.

But Cirie didn't play well. Aras did. Plain and simple. Cirie was simply leeched onto him while he played the game for her.

the best castaway ever was Rudy, and it was kind of sad seeing him more frail the first time they did All-Stars.

Bump for the premiere tonight!!

Bring home the win Eliza or Cirie!!

I love how Fairplay tries to manipulate people's emotions and pity again and it bites him in the ass

It certainly didnt work with Bonaduce.

Man, Fairplay was sitting in such a NICE position in the tribe. Barring any tribal switches or repeated immunity losses, he would have easily made the merge.

You could tell Ami/Jonathan/Eliza/Yau were upset at the fact that he asked them to vote him out because of the alliance they were building to take out the couples.

Hopefully they can pull in Cirie and take down the Ozzy/Amanda/Parvati/James before they get too much control within the tribe.

Seriously, it totally looked to me like NBC paid Fairplay just to make the trip out and be there for a day just so they could have him in the promotions leading up to the season. I mean really, that was a pretty weak excuse. As for Cirie, I hope she teams up with James, because James is the man. And really I still think that randomly before tribal council one night, James should just start digging graves near camp, and not explain it to anyone.

Actually, they didn't pay anyone to be on this season as far as the returning favorites come, they all came on their own accord.

Whether you like it or not, Fairplay completely delivered on the entertainment factor. Sucks that he asked to be voted out cause he would provided some awesome soundbites and moments for this season.

Really liking the way this season is going so far.

I can't believe Jonny Fairplay is gone and it was because of his scheming . I'm not sure what to think . It didn't seem legit but who knows. It was sad to see him go. I am rooting for the all stars. Mostly James . I would of liked to see fairplay , he may have had a good chance to make it past the merge. I think he realized he wasnt going to win and decided to leave early to save face.
