Restricting breeding in no way equates to restricting sex. It simply requires mandatory sterilization at birth. Only after passing a series of evaluations(intellectual, financial, emotional, etc) can a breeding license be obtained. The license is good for one child. After the birth of the child, the parents sterilization is reinstated. Should further children be desired a license must be obtained for each one.

Restricted breeding that in no way prevents people from having sex.

By your logic, 1+1=0.5, makes no sense, within a 2 Generations, you have 1/2 of the current population. I'm no mathologist, but that doesn't seem like it would be good.

The only way you could take them down is if their leader turned out to be a black man (enter Clayton Bigsby in YouTube). They are too ignorant to be effected by another poster.

I believe it's how we our nurtured, not our inherent nature, that affects us. I do not believe that Hitler was born with a hatred of Jews. It is something he developed in his early adult life.

It's nearly impossible. I hear that every post (maybe just New Thread) needs mod/admin approval, so you can't take it down through constant trolling or arguing. And nobody on the internet has the self-control to fake an opinion long enough to reach admin status. Hell, our own Darthphere couldn't fake being nice long enough to stop himself from getting two probationary bans in a row.

Have you not read the 10,000 daily articles people post on the Hype about children who've been beaten and murdered by their parents? Some people really shouldn't be allowed to raise kids.

That's not the point. The point is that there's no good way of measuring who is fit to raise a child. Secondly, even if there were a good way of measuring who is fit to raise a child you would have people all over who are turning their kids over to the state to raise.

I don't want any kids to die, but I really don't want there to be an extra couple thousand kids in foster care.

Ever hear of adoption? There are plenty of people who are not able to have children that would be much more qualified to be parents.
