I found Korg to be pretty flat after all the hoopla surrounding him hyped him up so much. I mean not a single line worked for me until the very last moments of the movie. The last 2 bits, when Korg talks about the strong foundation of Asgard and then when he holds Miek's severed head at the end was kinda funny.

That's not Mike's severed head. It's Miek.
Miek is a larva type alien with a exoskeleton.
