I just realized my avatar was Vartha's (found it in the Thor Ragnarock avatar/gif forum)

Also, in the comics Valkyrie is definitely not a lesbian. She had a relationship with Flash Thompson in 616 and with Thor in Ultimate.

She also stated she's attracted to women and gave Annabelle Riggs a big old kiss on the lips.

She's certainly bisexual. And we're talking about canon Valkyrie, so i'm not sure why you brought up Ultimate Val.

Korg was hit or miss for me. Some of his lines were amazing, but there were several points, particuarily there at the end, that the timing was really wrong. Personally, I didn't get the hype. He was better than Darcy, but far from a highlight for me.

This should be used as the model to create the Thing whenever the Fantastic Four finally comes to the MCU.

Korg and Miek were the biggest disappointments of the film. I didn't expect them to be integral since they weren't Thor-centric characters, but I was hoping for better personalities. Also, as much as I like Waititi as a director and actor, his voice was completely wrong for Korg.

I thought Taika was hilarious as Korg.

No previous knowledge of the character until I saw him in this, but he was brilliant.

That's what made it funny though.

Very Rick and Morty, Korg and Miek. So much that I might have mistaken Waititi’s voice for Justin Roiland’s if I didn’t know beforehand.

Didn't you know that Marvel makes comedies now? Star Lord wasn't exactly very Chris Pratt before the film, and Stark wasn't exactly all that RDJ, but that's the direction they're going.

Humor should come from the right characters. Thor, Loki, Banner, and Grandmaster provided enough. Korg could have still had a couple of humorous lines without making him a vapid character. Considering that Marvel Studios only used two members of the Warbound, those two could have had some depth.

I was pretty much being facetious. Damn internet not being able to portray sarcasm.

LOL. Yes, it's hard to ascertain that from just print some time.

I really don't have a problem with well-placed humor, but it seemed like everything related to Planet Hulk was just comic relief. I was expecting more.

Korg's pretty much instantly iconic in my book. New fan favorite, spins gold into more gold, etc, etc.

This is the interpretation that will last going forward.

I cant wait to see him in future Marvel movies.

Korg wasn’t a joker.
He was just naive, innocent and super friendly. So his humor came from the way he was. His voice also helped to make things even more funny. That was the joke, have a big hulking rock monster with a soft and friendly voice.

I really liked Korg.
