The Dark Knight Taking The Comic World To The Dark Knight

With TDK coming out in just a month and a few weeks, which themes from the comics would you guys LOVE to see in the new film?? I would really enjoy the interrogation scene in TDK if the conversation went as in the one from "The Killing Joke" where Batman tells joker that they're end up killing themselves. I could think of a bunch more, but which elements from the "comic world" of Batman would be great to be shown in TDK?

I REALLY want the relationship batman and Joker had in The Killing Joke. I cant really describe it but like how they are pretty much the same person.
But I think the whole "you're just a freak, like me!" will kind of lead to a Killing Joke like theme.
