Added another Aaron Eckhart appearance I forgot. He's also on Letterman on the 15th.

I'd keep my eye on Letterman's schedule Friday the 18th as he only lists David Sedaras right now...and that's the Friday of TDK week.

Also Conan only lists Sean Hayes on 7/11 and The Steeldrivers on 7/18. Again, plenty of room for other guests.

Christian Bale will be on the Today show on July 14th; Maggie Gyllenhaal will appear on the program July 17th. All of this is from the program listings on my TiVo. If anything else pops up, I'll be sure to add it. I sincerely hope that Bale makes an appearance on Letterman or Conan, even though I know he's an intensely private person. IIRC, he didn't do a ton of TV press for Batman Begins, did he?
