To be honest, before seeing it was legit I thought it was a fan made poster at first between the font and the flying embers and the absence of any studio logos.

So are we using "AI" to describe anything we deem to be lazy or derivative or do people actually think AI was used to generate that poster?

Wait until gamers lose their minds when they see a Linkedin position for a Senior AI Programmer in a video game studio...

Yeah, I wish he had done something else with the font, as for Interstellar and Tenet.

But hey, maybe it's his good luck charm. And yes, the poster making the rounds seems to be a fan recreation of the actual one that was photographed in theaters.

There's an oddly anachronistic feeling to that teaser poster. The font feels too "contemporary" for what is meant to be an ancient "swords and sandals" epic.

Still, not gonna get bent out of shape over a teaser poster.

And Nolan's title cards are nolanstitlecarding even harder!

Otherwise, things are looking pretty good but they clearly don't want to show much yet. Which is fine.
I really like the last shot and is that the sirens' song we hear? Because that, I really like the mood it sets!

I'm one of those who've lost a bit of interest in Nolan over the past few films (in fact, since he became the sole screenwriter on his projects), but I can imagine The Odyssey breathing a bit of new life into his filmography and “winning me back”.
Again, I really like the atmosphere displayed in that trailer, so I'm cautiously optimistic.
