That wasn't the full extent of it.

The idea was simple: attach a copy of Pootie Tang to a frisbee and fling it at the raccoon. The thought behind this was that the weight of the awesomeness of the Tang would be enough to knock the raccoon out of orbit.

The whole thing was a bit. That's really actor/comedian Danny R. McBride playing his character from "The Foot Fist Way", I'm sure most people have no idea if this is a joke or not though considering the movie as of now has only played at a few film fests, it's supposed to get a wider release later this year and lots of people are saying it's the funniest movie since Borat.

Yeah he's Rico from Hot Rod, which Ferrell executive produced. I knew it was a bit but didn't know it was for a movie. Gary Sanchez Productions is producing the HBO comedy, its Ferrell and Adam McKay's production company.
