Talk Shows Return!

Late Night will always belong to Conan in my eyes. I just hope Fallon will do well.
 
He is definitely no Conan, but I think he can be really corny and cheesy like him.
 
If he has Conan's writers, he might be ok...

You know, if he can bring himself to stop ****ing laughing at the cue cards and all....
 
why didn't carson get bumped up to conan's slot? sucks for carson. he's actually pretty decent.

Forgot about Carson. He is sooooo leaving once his contract expires. The only reason he stayed with NBC for the past 5 years or whatever was cause he was expecting at one point to be Conan's replacement. Now that it ain't happening he's gonna leave.
 
they should have given Carson Conan's spot and Fallon would get Carson's spot. I think Carson has been loyal enough to NBC but he got shafted.

Carson didn't get bumped because his show is awful. He should have found a new career after leaving TRL :csad:
 
I can see ABC hiring Leno and canceling Kimmel and Kimmel may take his show over to CBS when Letterman retires.

It's just too bad that Conan can't go writer-less when he moves up an hour. He went mad without his writers, and it was totally awesome. He went more mad with a strike beard, and that was awesome too.

I mean his shows are still funny with the writers back, but he isn't as mad as he was during the strike, and not as funny.
 
I guess Fallon realized that he has no career outside of late night TV.

Well I'll just be watching Conan, Craig and Colbert.
 
Carson sucks. Ferguson is okay. His show is just boring. Jon Stewart on CBS and Conan on NBC would be great.
 
Fallon will be okay.

I hope that there is another writers strike in a few years, so that we can see Conan go mad again, especially if he grew back his beard.
 
Fallon was pretty funny last night. If he brings that energy to the show it should be fine.
