I created this new thread so that everyone can discuss about all the deleted scenes from TASM, TASM 2, and soon TASM 3.

Because of course, a lot of cool and interesting stuff have been cuted out from the original cut/rough cut from TASM and TASM 2.

On TASM 1, I'm still sad that lots of scenes with Connors were cutted out. I really like "Connors condolence" (great dialogue, good character development!) and the scene with Ratha in the sewer.
Some scenes like the Bridge scene with Ratha and Spider-Man shouldn't have been deleted ...
And the alternate "Equation" scene looked really much better!

Oh boy ... TASM 1 is a good movie, but It could have been better in term of character development with those deleted/extended scenes (like the extended dialogue in the diner scene with the Stacy family)!

What do you think ?

TASM 1 looked like it was a better movie than spiderman 2 and the avengers. I fact, it both movies weren't edited to death for no reason the movies would've recieved positive reviews and huge box office numbers that make the avengers look bankrupt. If Sony messes around with the third film they're ****ed

I agree that sony has made to many changes to both asm1 and asm2 expcialy asm2 but I wouldn't go has far to say that it would have made it better then sm2 and averngers. I do bevlie that they would have gotten better reviews and made more in the box office how much more in box office and how much better reviews is hard to say though.

i wasn't being to harsh into saying that. i meant if these stories existed without sony interfering them it would've been better told than the avengers, being the most talked about movie since spiderman trilogy, the hunger games, the dark knight, and the avengers, and recieve better box office numbers like there was no tomorrow because from the looks of things the amazing spiderman looked like it was gonna be an academy award winner while 2 was gonna be in leagues with days of future past.
