Can I play the regular quicktime file on my PS3 with my exterior harddrive?

I only do hq source encodes (to get the best quality possible for each format), so if anyone wants a PSP, iPod, iPhone, AVI, and WMV versions, I can do those. It'll take a while though (like a couple hours), because the encoding process takes time at the settings I use.

Even if the highest quality on wmv isn't ready yet, does anyone have even the medium quality one? I just want to be able to watch it on my tv off my 360. I know you can watch .mov files, but i haven't been able to get the update, so I need wmv.

I actually updated my 360, which supposedly made it Quicktime-compatible. But it still wouldn't play the December TDK trailer in Quicktime. But WB was nice enough to post WMV versions on the official website.

I have no idea. I only have a 360. I just know that I tried to play the December trailer from my external hard drive, it gave me an error and told me I could download an update to make it work with Quicktime. So I downloaded the update and it didn't make a damn bit of difference. Typical Microsoft.

yeah it definitly works its already on my ps3 ive watched it a bunch of times.. when u click on video, press triangle and click display all..
