So x nor Emma have telekinetic powers in this movie or I forgot or missed something? I know x had telekinetic abilities in x1. So I guess he developed them later on?

Magneto shoots a bullet at the cop while Xavier has him choked by sabretooth.
Xavier stops the bullet at the guys forehead.
Magneto asks if Xavier can stop all of the bullets
Xavier let's go of magneto.

I'm pretty sure Magneto stops the bullet himself after firing the gun to frighten Xavier and when he prepares to fire all the guns he warns Xavier that he won't be able to do the same for all the guns, indicating that the next time he fires it'll be for real.

Magneto holds the bullet back as a threat. He even says 'I don't think I can stop them all' after cocking all the guns.

I remember his telekinetic display in UXM.

The one possible scene in X1, I could maybe see suggesting such a thing, is when he's mentally guiding wolverine through the mansion, and the elevator door opens, and he guides him to go in it with his voice...
I could see it maybe seeming like he used Telekinesis to open it

Or you know the elevator will open for people who walk up to it......I mean an elevator is a controllable mechanical device.

Comics wise. Xavier has not telekinetic abilities except in UXM. This is what makes Jean special is that she has two abilities.
