There is no 0 letter in the alphabet so leave it as is

4 is the letter D
1 is the letter A

So we get DOA, since that guy was going to die anyway, he was DEAD ON ARRIVAL... Thats what I think. Now it might not be true to its orgins of why the 401 is there but i see it as that.
