Teleporter in final battle

Just saw X3 for the second time, must say it's much better the second time around. Just wondering if anybody noticed a teleporter from Magneto's army. The effects were exactly like Nightcrawlers. This was during the attack at Alcatraz. Anybody else see that?

yeah i thought it was Nightcrawler too, but then i remembered that Cummin said he isnt interested in coming back to reprise his role.

I didn't like how they made the teleportation so similar to nightcrawler's, Its saposed to be like his signature

What I don't understand is why he was only a 'pawn'.

He spewed Magma and appeared to evaperate the soldiers before him. He was clearly of too high a destructive level to merely be a pawn sent in at the beginning.

the magma guy had the worst FX ive ever seen. Me and my buddys were calling him Flour Dude. it looked like they just sprinkled flour on his face

Actually, he was sent in after Arclight destroyed the guns.

Loved 'Magma man'... loved the teleporter (Vanisher?) and also loved the camouflage power for Psylocke... although not sure why they gave her a camouflage power and not shadow-porting and psi-blades... Didn't like Quill at all until he had his moment with Dr Rao...

where was psylocke? i don't remember seeing her.

She had purple hair in the church scene where Magneto revealed himself. She said 'They want to exterminate us.'

And in Worthington Labs' Alcatraz base she was camouflaged against a wall with a fire hose on it, and she then made herself visible. She and Arclight took Worthington up to the roof to throw him off.

Psylocke didn't have much use in the movie. she was a very under used character.
