Ten Best Up and Coming Actors and Actresses

How in the hell is Shia LaBeouf an up and coming actor? He seems to have a new movie coming out every month. A lot of the common names on these lists are already pretty big time stars, just because they don't have a movie out currently doesn't mean they aren't a star. When I came into this thread I thought it'd be full of actors and actresses that had parts in small independant movies, not ones that have already been in big time blockbusters.
