Action-Adventure Terminator: Dark Fate

Action and story look promising, CGI needs to be refined.
Linda Hamilton kicks ass!

Agreed. I don't understand why everyone else is dog-pilling onto this trailer. It looks fine! Have you learned nothing from the Alita trailers? Trust in Cameron!

Who's Arnie meant to be in this one? Is he human this time?

So, what is the story of this movie, because that didn't tell me.

Imagine when Arnold answered the door he just goes “I’m back” :o

Lol, while not a callback I would have had the classic theme cue hit when he opened the door personally, the trailer badly needed the music IMO, that's not a callback for me, it's a signature.

Badass! I wonder why that wasn't in the trailer. :D

I doubt it. Looks like him fighting the new Terminator in the underwater scene.

Is that Arnie? It went by so fast it's hard to tell and the new huminator character is kind of androgynous so it's hard tell with quick shots.

oh s... Cameron is again doing favors for his friend Arnold and now Miller by putting his name on this? this looks boring

edit: watched the Featurette. oh yeah he is helping a friend directing a movie after Deadpool.
they spoiled Arnold's character in the Featurette. at 0:17 you can see green on his face and arms for cgi replacement.

Teaser can still give you a sense of the story. This just looks boring.

I think so. One is very bulky and the other is in endoskeleton form.

I guess the Spanish chick is supposed to be the new human savior or mother of the eventual new human savior?

The effects reminded me of Genisys, and that's NOT good.

It feels more like a sequel to that movie, with special guest star Linda Hamilton, then the same world that was T1 and T2.

The speculation is that he's a Terminator that's been around so long he's basically developed a full-fledged personality/sense of humanity. Miller hinted that T:G touched on it but didn't go far enough for his liking... something like that, anyway.

True. Even that plane stuff toward the end reminded me of the T:G helicopter chase, with Arnie jumping from one to the other etc.

Robots with human feelings? Pass.......
