Funny... yeah, I think Emilia is a better actress than Caity but I agree that Caity probably could have pulled off a better Sarah Connor.
Man, this sounds awful. Especially the rumors aboutArnold building a time machine and jumping into a pool of molten metal and turning into a T-1000.

Anna is correct on this one. Jesus Christ. My reaction to all the spoilers I've read on this page.

For me as much as Arnold embodied a machine covered in human flesh I think a big part of that came down to James Camerons direction. The terminators were made to feel as if they were made of the same things trucks and machinery (not cgi). I mean really Arnold isnt that great of an actor but under the direction of Cameron he is great.
He's better than people give him credit for, but you're definitely right about Cameron's direction. In T3 he felt like a comedian doing a Terminator impersonation on a sketch show.

I am actually one of few Terminator fans still looking forward to this movie, but man, if this true, this is going to be a really bad movie.

Unlike some I actully liked trailer my concerns are
1o i really want to get into a time traveling reboot
2:Some of various rumors
let's also be clear just like the force awakens there are conflicting rumors here.
I'm pretty sure thepart about Arnold building a time machine is true. Supposedly he uses it to send Kyle and Sarah to 2017 to stop Judgment Day (again). But he doesn't go with them for some reason and they meet up with him again in 2017, hence the reason why our already aged Terminator looks even OLDER at the end of the trailer. As for Arnold turning into a T-1000... I'm not sure if that's true but during that podcast that was posted here a few months ago (I believe it was from Think McFly Think), one of the guys on there said something at the end that this happens. I believe he read a version of the script, but it's possible that certain things changed since then.

Just the concept of an aged Terminator is so f***ing stupid. Yeah, I get the logic behind it since they use living human tissue, which does age. But it's so obvious that the only reason they did it is because they needed a way to shoehorn Arnold into the movie.
They'd have been better off just rebooting with a new actor playing the Terminator, but they're probably convinced that the franchise can't make any decent money without Arnold there.
