terminator should have no emotion. what is this stuff. the grey wig also makes him look very weird.

No, he went back in time to impregnate her so she would have a terminator baby.

Thus she could fulfill her destiny as the Mother of Terminators.

You know...this would not be any more ridiculous than the rest of this. :funny:

Oh, I didn't make that up. It's actually in the script. Here's how the film ends:

After John becomes his own father, Kyle storms off in disgust. He meets up with the T-X (Kristanna Loken) and he impregnates her. She gives birth to Marcus Wright (Sam Worthington). In this new timeline, Marcus is born a cyborg (instead of becoming one later) and kills Kyle. Then he goes after Sarah. Fortunately, a reprogrammed T-1000 (Robert Patrick) shows up from and kills Marcus in the nick of time. The T-1000 explains to Sarah that he was set forward in time from 1991 by the T-800 to stop Judgment Day. He kills John, thereby preventing Judgement Day somehow.

Judgment Day still happens anyway and everyone shrugs.

THE END.

i like this shot.thats how you do it. its true that Nolan is an idiot for not letting the CGI guys erase the smoke under the truck. but its still a fantastic shot. you can feel the weight of the truck.

Nah it's waaaaay cooler to watch a bus flip over and over and over in the air like someone threw a hot dog into the air.

Some of these Schwarzenegger fanboys are ridiculous.

Some say to have read the script and they're saying stuff like, "I love what the John Connor reveal does to Sarah and Kyle emotionally".

Two things wrong with this statement:
From a timeline sense, turning John into a super Terminator makes no sense whatsoever to have any serious emotional impact and completely overrides the purpose of T1 and T2.
Emilia Clarke and Jai Courtney do not look capable of handling whatever emotional aspect this reveal is suppose to have.

The CGI in this movie is so fake it might as well have been made by Pixar

I bought tickets to see this next Friday (the 26th), going with a friend who is also a big Arnold fan.

At this point I don't expect any miracles, but at least I'm hoping for an entertaining ride. Having recently seen Jurassic World, that's the kind of experience I'm hoping for at best. A movie that's not fantastic by any means, but a good and enjoyable time at the theatre.

I expected Rise of the Planet of the Apes and First Class to be terrible, they both rocked.

I hope the same for Genysis.

So Sarah Connor is totally killing innocent people by driving her bus like a maniac, right? Or is someone going to tell me that the families in those flipping vehicles survive miraculously?

I expected those films to be good just from the trailers and plot synopses. What I've seen of TG just looks meh and awful. And it doesnt help that the plot sounds like some reject internet fan fiction conceived in the mind of a tween.

I will admit I thought Rise looked and sounded awful, I went to see it solely based on the reviews and fan reaction and absolutely loved it.
