Terminator: Genisys

That's the worst movie title since Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice.

No, it's way, WAY worse than BvS: DoJ. Because two years from now, when you text your friends to see if they want to go see Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, autocorrect won't keep fixing your spelling.

I can live with Genisys. It's better than just calling it "Terminator."

The only thing I dislike about that one is the V. instead of Vs. What is it, a ****ing legal document?

I will recant every negative opinion I have about Z Snyder if it turns out to be a courtroom drama. No explosions, no fighting. Just objections and overrules.

Not gonna lie, the spelling is going to bug me regardless of the quality of the film.

The name isn't going to matter at all but I still don't care for it either and it was fun reading the posts making fun of it.

I'm not looking forward to this film but I'm a ****e for the franchise so I hope for the best and give the film a shot.

And here I thought this would be the new Terminator model for this film:

:(

This renaming of the title feels like the kind of decision some ponytail wearing executive in a Hawaiian shirt came up with.

Genesys is so jarring to read that it kinda hurts my eyes

I was always a Nintendo girl. I think I might have played Genesis once and hated the controller...yeah I'm off topic.

So how about that title?

My last post on facebook:
The new Terminator movie coming out is called "Terminator: Genisys," and will have to compete with "Avngrs 2" and "Btmn v Supmn" during this same summer.

The script will be written over a Motorola flip phone, and will star an Arnld Scwerzngr emoticon, in a suspenseful futuristic battle against the forces of Autocorrect.

i think its a problem to use a company name ( inside the movie ) in the title. it just doesnt work.

think about your favorite 5 scifi movies. and add the big company name into the title.

Alien: Wyeland-Yutani

Sounds pretty dumb !

Is Rob Liefield anything to do with this production? Only reason I ask is that he had a penchant for mis-spelling names and words just to sound 'cool', like Blud-Wulf, Blud-Stown, Stown-Wulf etc......

Not to mention the big company in the Terminator mythology should always be Cyberdyne Systems. They've even given Danny Dyson a prominent role in this film.
