^Definately, have the movies come full circle with the ending of the 3rd movie being the humans winning and sending Kyle and the the T-800 back in time, that would be the perfect ending to another trilogy.

T5 could concentrate on JC finding out how Skynet did the hybrids like Marcus, and if he could use the remaining ones as weapons against Skynet, THAT would be an interesting storyline for me.

they should show Kyle, 3 T-800, T-1000, and T-X going into the time machine but not showing the past

hey guys im currently working on a Terminator Salvation music video and need some help on what music to put this on
i have these songs in mind

and

What I wanna see is the actual war. T4 really didn't show that at all. It was more of a sidestory, with people having to worry about Terminators showing up but never having a human army fighting a machine army.

Agree 100%, There was no war against the machines just small ecounters compared to what we saw in the snippets from the first 3. Also the film took place over only 4 days, for a War that last over 20 years that is ridicolous. The movie cost $200M to make and yet there was no sense of epic scale and magnitude to anything.

I'll might take some flack over this but after Savlation I think the Terminator films are dead.

:csad::csad:

No. Please no.

A future battle like the beginnings of T1 and T2.

No studio in their right mind would invest in what essentially is a dead franchise.

Thanks, McG.

say that to Chris Nolan :o
Nolan had a vision for his new Batman and succeeded amazingly because he's a talented director. McG had his chance to reinvent the Terminator movies, but he failed because he's a terrible director.

yea i know, im talking about anyone who wants to pick this franchise after McG

btw im half way done with my TS music video, it looks promising

ugh  your not getting my point
i used Nolan as an example for bringing back the "dead" batman franchise

Dead franchises can be resurrected. The difference in Nolan's reboot and another Terminator sequel is that while Batman had been gone for a long time after a poorly received movie, it was never a bankrupted franchised, a la Terminator

That and Batman and Robin wasn't a total fail. Tons of tv airings, strong merch tie ins, and the toys must have sold well. Sure the movie did make as much as the first 3 but it did better than Terminator.

Terminator is dead. Maybe after 10 years they'll try again. Once the movie gets tv air time.

Dead? Wow. Did it completely fail at the box office worldwide?
