Infinity War "Thanos, I've Come To Bargain!" - The Doctor Strange Thread

Realistically speaking if Thor, Strange and Iron Man had been on Titan together those three alone could've defeated Thanos right there and then.

I just noticed that Strange still has his scars from the accident...

Off topic, but Cumberbatch basically saved a cyclist from muggers earlier. Dude didn't need the time stone or nothing.

"I went to turn down into Marylebone High Street and we saw four guys were pushing around a Deliveroo cyclist. My passenger jumped out, ran over and pulled the men away. They turned towards him and things looked like they were getting worse, so I joined in. He stood there instructing them in the street, shouting, 'Leave him alone.' "

"Then it all got a bit surreal. Here was Sherlock Holmes fighting off four attackers just round the corner from Baker Street," Dias continued. "I had hold of one lad and Benedict another. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He was very brave. He did most of it, to be honest. They tried to hit him, but he defended himself and pushed them away. He wasn't injured. Then I think they also recognized it was Benedict and ran away."

After the attackers left, Dias said Cumberbatch asked how the cyclist was. When he said, " 'I'm OK,' Benedict just hugged him."

SPOILERS, obviously.

So, when Strange saw the one scenario where they won...did he not share what that scenario was with anybody? Didn't Tony even ask? Because when they all start disintegrating, everybody freaks out and acts like they had no idea it was going to happen.

Why didn't Strange just TELL THEM "Look, this thing is going to happen, but don't be scared about it because we all come back, it's the one scenario where we win"? I can't imagine everybody would have acted surprised when it happened if they knew, so they obviously didn't know.

But why didn't they know? Why didn't Strange fill them in? Especially Peter, that poor kid was terrified.

Since I'm interpreting "we win" as "everybody comes out of it OK", the whole concept of Strange knowing what's going to happen and not telling them - even though Stark would ask, I mean, he'd want to make sure Peter and Pepper are OK if nothing else - is baffling. Anybody know?

Because you run the risk of that one chance changing if they know too much of the details.

For example, he could have told Starlord that he is going to lose his cool and ruin the plan but more than likely in multiple scenarios Starlord keeps his cool and Thanos STILL wins.

Yeah I noticed it too when he's sending the thing over to the big man(spoilers & all) His hands are shaky & scarred. It's the little things that make me smile. Tiny details, but still important to have.

Looks like my man Strange will get his well-deserved sequel.
