I remember The Thief and The Cobbler from my childhood. I remember not liking it much. But after his review I watched the "Recobbled Cut" he was talking about and it was actually really good. It took away a lot of the problems with the movie.

In other news, 8 Bit Mickey got evicted from The Tester season 2. Now there is almost no reason to watch it.

That's a shame. But I still say that it's impossible to "win" on a reality show, anyway.

Has anyone else been having speed issues with blip lately?

I upgraded my connection a few months back, and streaming from blip was awesome. But now...it seems like it takes forever to watch stuff. Some shows will be fine (I had no problem with Lupa's last one just a few minutes ago) but I'm trying to watch Linkara's right now, and it's constantly buffering and forcing me to pause while it loads.

I have a strangely slow DSL speed, so I tend to buffer blip.tv videos while I go get a snack or do a load of laundry.

I don't know. My speed hasn't changed any. I can still upload and download at the same rates. It really seems to be just blip. Youtube seems to be ok.

I watched the Waterworld review last night. Not his best, but entertaining.

I enjoyed his review, but to try and say Tim Curry as Pennywise wasn't scary is ridiculous. And this is from someone who finds clowns not scary but annoying.

I just caught his review for IT. I think he is off , that movie had some really creepy moments . I like most of his videos though , he reminded me how terrible Super Mario Bros. was.

Man, I had forgotten how bad, hateful, and unfunny Little Monsters is.

As a kid, I remember it being just on the good side of the line between fun and mean. I can only remember ever watching the movie once, but I'm pretty sure I saw it a few times, and wasn't a really big fan.

Now, I'm glad I never really liked (not as much as my friends did), because it is a spiteful piece of crap.

That movie really included a joke about making a kid drink piss. Holy Hell was that a mean-spirited film. The Wonder Years connection was pretty amusing but everything about it was just...despicable.
