That Wasn't The Wrestling Thread, That Was CGI!

That photo's hilarious.

We don't know if he's going to disappear from WWE's alumni section, but yet it's true that Jeff Hardy is doing yoga thanks to his wife. It's for the better. Lately, Jeff Hardy has been in great matches with Bobby Roode, Austin Aries, and Christopher Daniels.

I like to decision to keep him in the alumni section. They still use his likeness to sell dvd/blu rays. Also WWE shouldn't be held accountable for anything they do outside the promotion. Unless is really terrible like the Benoit case.

I watched Jeff vs Aries Ladder match at Turning point. I like the work these guys are doing , but it's hard to keep up with it all. Although I'm excited to catch them on the road this year.

CSR (BONUS): Mark Madden On Bruno, Undertaker Not At Mania & More

This is the real Madden, it's not so much that I think he's wrong on every point, it's the obnoxious and deluded way he puts his point over like some wise insider that is above all the fans he has such contempt for.

In reality he's a 50 year old guy who spent a cup of coffee as an announcer in WCW during their dying period who sucked so badly even TNA didn't hire him in the days when they hired anyone that had so much as sniffed TV time in WWF or WCW.Hewill be remembered as an irrelevant piss stain on WCW's legacy......if he's remembered at all.

Does he have a breathing condition. That was painful to listen to. Also he's very annoying.I think calling someone a mark can't be considered an insult. It's like when posters come here and start calling people fanboys. I find that amusing. It's kind of cool when Ziggler does it though.

Kane and Bryan...the most dysfunctional team in history? Really Josh? Worse than the Mega Powers? The Brothers of Destruction? Angle and Benoit?

Give him a break, Josh is too young to know any of those things. And that last one never happened.

Good point. And I like Josh but...

JBL should have slapped the sh** out of him verbally the way he used to with Cole. Like that time Cole discussed the "late great One Man Gang" on alternate dvd commentary and Bradshaw made him feel like a dumbass afterwards.

That would have made it more amusing to me.

JBL's just not JBL anymore. His hat's a little tighter, his commentary's a little slower, he's a little nicer...

Time for some split wigs!

Khali is fighting hard to beat Giant Gonzales in a race to the bottom when it comes to talent.

Mark Henry! Asses gone get kicked! Hopefully midget asses!

It's great seeing Mark Henry beating the **** out of people again.

Hey guys, getting caught up on wrestling after some.... technical difficulties Just watched the go home show before TLC. and I'm liking The Shield's shaky cam promos. It reminds me of the scene in TDK where Joker killed the fake Batman.

Watching Mark Henry put the World's Strongest Slam on the great Khali was impressive. I don't think Khali could have lifted Henry for the Punjabi Plunge.

Man, this is what I missed with Henry injured.

Hmmm, nine months. I think Mark Henry was out having a baby.

Hell yes. Welcome back, Mark. We missed you and the hall of pain.

Bookers shoes are seein a lot of that entrance stage tonight.

Well, we saw that his hand is all grown up. Time for a new one.

Show asked the same question I did, how is that even possible? Ooh, the Carrie treatment.

So this is the new trend? Turn "monster" heels face by dancing? Joy.

Man, I missed Mark Henry's entrance camera angle so much. So glad to see him back.

1 week and WWE hasn't ****ed up Henry's return yet. Kudos, 'E.

At least they're doing something with Tensai. And anything that creates more tag teams I'm willing to tolerate.

And they won't **** it up unless they pit Henry against Cena or Ryback.

At least with Sheamus, he(Sheamus) can sometimes lose clean to a strong heel.

Watched Impact, and man I love when they are outside of Orlando.

I will definitely be going to Impact when they are in Duluth, Ga

Also, I'm sensing they have big plans for AJ Styles and his return. My guess is he will come back and finally be thrust back into the title picture and will get to Main Event at BFG

After the last few months, I'm hoping Impact runs at the Hammerstein or Grand Ballroom at the Manhattan Center. I'd like to go to a show or two.

hes just biding his time till he can get into the smaller guys lockeroom. then its :jedi

I was wondering where you went. The Shield faction do remind me of comic book villains when they talk about injustice. I like the way they've been booked since debuting.

I suppose the only way not to bury them between now and Mania is to add another member. I don't know how'd they would make sense of it , but Orton could turn heel and be part of the Shield. In that case we could get a 8 man tag at Mania. I wouldn't look forward to it though because the match would only last three minutes. At least that's been the normal routine for the past couple Manias. However there might be some good storyline potential. I don't see them being associated with Punk and Heyman much longer. I am worried reading these reports about Punk vs Ryback for Wrestlemania though. It's a huge buzzkill.

A 4th member being a surprise run-in is about the only way I can see The Shield winning. The problem is I think that might hurt the dynamic of the group and like you say it moves them into 8 man tag territory which is rarely good. The only other way I could see doing it is have Maddox be the one to swerve the faces, OR have one of the Superfriends taken out before the match and Maddox takes his place so he can take the pin in a losing effort that highlights The Shield tactically isolating the weak link and getting the win. Punk vs Roidback is a match I see taking the wind out of most people's sails if it ends up being booked.

I think everyone would agree. Yeah they wrestled each other before but HHH wasn't at his best yet. Brets exactly the kind of guy you put a heel HHH with.

The only match I recall them having was the night after Bad Blood in 97, it was at MSG and was a solid TV match, but imagine 94 Bret vs 2000 Triple H, that would have been special.

I agree. WWE probably got some HUGE tax breaks and credits to consider New Orleans. Thats why they've gotten so much business in from various entertainment entities. Thats why so many WWE Studios movies have filmed down there in the years after Katrina.

Its less about making it "the biggest show ever" and more about WWE getting a steal of a bargain. Leave it to Vince McMahon to ****e out the tradition he's talked so much about protecting at WM XXX. fitting title for the show. He looks like a huge hypocrite.

I'd be fine with another WM in NO but not that one. Ah well...maybe they can hold WM 31 at the Garden for the actual 30th anniversary instead of returning for every tenth one?

I'd like to see your idea of them doing 31 at the Garden and and booking it as the actually 30th year of Mania, the problem is I am not sure anyone in WWE really understand how the anniversary thing works as show by last years Summerslam marketing. :(

True. And its also true the card is enough of a mish mash of rehashes as it is. Punk vs Ryback aint gonna put my a** in a seat at least.

It's a complete nothing match that's for sure and adds another rematch as you say.

This is the same creative team that made Hornswoggle Anonymous GM and wasted years of our time as an audience. None of us should be surprised.

I'm hopeful that this is just some dumb writer for a site that didn't think of the opposite option for this feud, maybe because he likes Punk as a heel? I think the seeds being sewn with Punk not knowing about The Shield are going to be the catalyst to a face turn before he gets around to even feuding with Brock.

He does sound asthmatic but I've not heard of him having a breathing condition, perhaps it's just the side effects of inhaling his own bitter crap when he records those things.
