Was it intentionally, giving the tear sacs a fleshy color to represent the giant yellow eyes in RL? I think it's a really cool detail

Ahh much better. The expression of his eyes and the lips are exactly how I want them to be in the movie. You nailed them. Maybe you could add some lines like wrinkles to his face, or scars to give a more rugged look.

I think that's the best Green Goblin manip so far, though I'd rather give him a scornful smile and tone down the eye bags.

Fuzzy hair and a mustache is fine enough for J.J. Heck, J.K. Simmons had a normal mustache. You don't need the barcode Hitler-mustache.
