It looks okay. I wasn't too impressed. Strange plot with Kraven. It does look on the very same level as the last one.
I'm curious to see what they improved/upgraded, and what they didn't. I'll keep waiting to check out more. Gameplay footage, reviews, etc.
The Peter Parker stuff looks cool. Anybody notice the black webbing? There was a shot of regular webbing and black webbing being used at the same time. Real strange. I also don't like how the webbing looks like during combat.

The graphics looks like PS2 and physics look unnatural.

There were two things I liked about this trailer: Kraven and Electro.

That's all I have to say.

I really like how the webswinging looks, though. Looks pretty fast.

The game looks like it could be a slight improvement over the last game, but I'm not yet convinced. Also, its hard to really tell from a trailer like this based on how it was edited.

The trailer was pretty good, I liked how the web slinging looked. I'm curious about the plot with kraven. But I really wanna see straight up gameplay footage.

Ok, does anyone still think the movie CGI looks like a video game? Yikes...

Surprised about Kraven(I kind of like it). And those graphics look weird in certain places. I hope that isn't PS4 quality. I also would have liked to see more actual gameplay than cuts and flashes. Honestly the combat looks very similar to ASM. I'm also happy we got the trailer today. Hopefully tomorrow begets more news and maybe some real gameplay.

I'm not exactly convinced, but it definitely looks better than I thought it would. I had extremely low expectations after all the wait and Activision talk.

So far, the game is still following the usual Activision Spider-Man game cycle - premise announced and sounds disappointing, pretty good trailer + still released, long gap of no new information, pretty cool trailer released not too long from game's release (where we are at right now), bombardments of information literally a few days/weeks before release, game release, game experience disappointing.

And that move he did where he pulls himself to the opponent is the same move from ASM. Oh boy...I hope they improved upon the first game.

Watched the trailer. Meh. Honestly speaking there's nothing I saw there to get excited about. The graphics looked just as good as the last game which means it could be better but at least it was not as crappy as the teaser. Lots of reused animations from the first ASM game. The combat looks very similar not necessarily a bad thing but also with reused animations. And once again, we have a highly edited, cinematic trailer that doesn't give any real defining gameplay which is what I'm most interested in seeing.

The "CK" written in blood at the beginning of the trailer is a pretty clear reference to Cletus Kassady.

...I just hope he doesn't turn out to be Ben's killer.

Then again it's better than Sandman.

So, the graphics look awful by current standards. But I really like that they're spinning this into their own thing instead of staying completely bound by the movie. The games are their own universe after all. The city looked cool (finally got a kickass Oscorp building). The fighting looks like what you'd expect. The hunt for Uncle Ben's killer and the whole "Hero/Menace meter" thing just got a lot more interesting by having Kraven be Spidey's mentor (a pleasant twist for the game, I might add). The non-Spidey Peter thing looks cool. And Electro looks cool despite the poor quality of the graphics. So I'm looking forward to this a LITTLE more than I was before. Still not getting my hopes up, though.

It's just the game-universe though. As long as they keep that crap outta the film-verse.

I guess the reason I think it looks a bit better than I thought it would is due to the story. The trailer is heavily marketed on the story. While a lot of the gameplay seems very similar to the last game, the story feels a bit more like a classic Spider-Man plot. At least it has that going for it.

And no giant robots. :funny:

that trailer sucked. i'm sorry, but it was just a bunch of quick, carefully framed shots of the spider-man model (which looks terrible, what's up with his shoulders?) and underwhelming graphics.

kraven training spidey is like the dumbest thing ever, but for a movie tie in game it's fine i suppose.

webs attach to buildings yet they still fail to show this feature off.

early generation movie tie in games + beenox = bad time

Yeah, I actually have a pretty strong feeling that this game is gonna be worse than the first one. I've been impressed by absolutely nothing other than the 'webs attach to buiuldings' announcement. And they've yet to show that off as Repulsor indicated.

I wouldn't say it looks worse, it just doesn't look like a big improvement.
