Looks really good
If anyone told me 13 years ago that mobile games would some day look better than Playstation games I'd have a hard time believing it

Well, I just preordered this from GAME because they are THE ONLY ONE in the uk that have the extra bonus costumes for preordering, geez!!! They are also the most expensive.

Fuk you zavvi for not having this game at all.

I really hope this doesn't suck bad.

I'll also try and stay clear of all the videos and stuff because I wan't to have a fresh take on this game and dont want to be spoiled.

yeah the moblie game dosnt look that bad looks like ps2 graphics or something not that bad for a moblie game.

Definitely better than PS2. The resolution helps as well.

Do you think the game would run with a high fps on a Samsung Galaxy S2? I think the first one does but i'm not sure hmmm.

I took some screenshots of the mobile game. The game is gorgeous. Easily early Xbox 360 quality.

My phone specs:
4.7" HD IPS Display 1280x768
1.5Ghz Quad Core Snapdragon S4 Pro
Adreno 320 GPU
2GB DDR3 RAM

I don't really plan games on my phone. I don't know, I just prefer to play them on a gaming system.

Nostalgia has tricked you into thinking that PS2 has far better graphics than it actually did.

So, this game is definitely worth the money? I might buy it....

If you are a fan of Spider-Man 2 from the PS2/Xbox era, then yes. It follows the same gameplay structure: open world, story missions, random crime missions. The controls work well. Certain controls only appear when contextually appropriate, which reduces the onscreen clutter. For $5, it is an excellent buy.

I just wish I could play it...not on my phone and with a controller.

Honestly, I enjoy a majority of the Spider-Man games. Only ones I've played in the last few years that sucked were WoS and EoT. Might just buy it.:cwink:

Caved in and bought the game yesterday. It's... Decent.

I simply can't stand playing games with my fingers on the screen, especially when the screen is 4 inches small.

I don't know, maybe that's my fault.

There are bluetooth controllers available for mobile phones. It is even possible to use Xbox 360 and PS3 controllers. There are also very inexpensive options to stream mobile games onto your television. At least if you are n Android gamer. If you game on iOS, then options are costly and not universal.

The iPhone may be a solid phone with great battery and software performance, but it is less than ideal for traditional games, not because touch controls are so horrid, but because the screen size of the iPhone is just pitiful. Apple has done a good job of talking consumers into believing that smaller is better. In this area, Apple couldn't be more wrong. My phone has a screen that is nearly 5 inches and I still want a bigger screen.

Yeah, agreed.

I think I'll have to download this on my iPad. I guess the controls will become a little more awkward, but at least I'll be able to see wtf's going on.

The only way I will buy the mobile game is if it works on my tablet and I can use a controller, otherwise it's not worth it.

Its 5 bucks guys. Its 5 bucks to play a cool little spider-man game on your phone whenever you feel like it. well worth it. think about what you spend 5 bucks on. If you have an iphone I can understand not getting it, I have a Galaxy S4 and the game looks beautiful. Its a mobile game and it surpasses anything I personally thought reasonable for a mobile AND the NY in this game is more accurate than the console version of ASM1 game easily. If you are a spidey fan its a no brainer.

Would really like to download and play but trying to avoid spoilers for the movie!

im watching a playthrough the plot is very different from the movie so far
