I don't know. Like with Batman, you could argue with enough prep time, Joker could win. He's supposed to be the opposite side of the coin of The Dark Knight.

Incidentally, I learned today that Joker was in possession of The Mask at one point. I'm thinking that must have been epic to read.

I would honestly like to see someone try to make that impossible argument. He's basically fighting an extremely violently insane demigod where absolutely nothing that Joker can do could possibly harm Big Head. Even if Joker trapped him or something, Big Head could simply Looney Tunes-teleport himself just around the corner.
