I don't know. Like with Batman, you could argue with enough prep time, Joker could win. He's supposed to be the opposite side of the coin of The Dark Knight.

Incidentally, I learned today that Joker was in possession of The Mask at one point. I'm thinking that must have been epic to read.

Naaa. Joker could have a billion years prep time and be Dr Doom and he'd still lose. Big Head is basically like Bugs Bunny. Anything Joker tries would just backfire on him.
