I'd have to go with DD season 2 and Jess Jones in that order...

1. iZombie Season 2
2. Jessica Jones Season 1
3. The Flash Season 2
4. Daredevil Season 2
5. Lucifer Season 1
6. Supergirl Season 1
7. Legends of Tomorrow Season 1
8. Arrow season 4

I don't watch Agents of SHIELD, Gotham, or Agent Carter

With me, it's gonna be:

1) Daredevil S2. Fantastic series. Bernthal's Punisher performance was one of the best in the genre. Emmy worthy.

2) Jessica Jones S1. Great psychological drama. Ritter and Tennant were great in this.

3) Shield S3. Intense well-paced season with a very dramatic and tense final episode. The scene with Hive and Lincoln in space was a great payoff.

4) Flash S2. Not as good as S1, it was messy, but it still provided decent fanservice.

5) Agent Carter S2.

6) Legends Of Tomorrow S1.

7) Supergirl S1. Crap

8) Arrow S4. Crap

I enjoyed Jessica Jones a lot, but Daredevil is on another level compared to everything else on the list.

Daredevil in a runaway. Followed by iZombie, by far the best of the network shows and just a great show in general. Jessica Jones would be third. The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Arrow were all garbage for the most part. Agent Carter was better, though a far cry from its first season. Supergirl had problems, but was good imo.

Daredevil and Jessica Jones easily, imo. I liked JJ's first season better than DD's, but about on par with DD's 2nd season. Then Agent Carter, then Supergirl, then Flash. Haven't seen iZombie (and I believe I will love it when I eventually do), but the others are garbage to me.

You forgot iZombie and Lucifer.

My vote goes to Supergirl, with iZombie a close second.

1. iZombie - I absolutely adore this show. Smart, funny, great characters, and doesn't unnecessarily drag things out.

2. Jessica Jones - My favourite thing from the MCU so far. Great lead and villain, most of the supporting cast was fun, minus the awful neighbours upstairs, and I loved the overall feel and style of it.

3. Daredevil - I liked season 2 a bit more than season 1 as, upon rewatch, I think season 1 spends just a tad too long spinning it's wheels before things get going. The first two thirds of this season were fantastic and I loved both Punisher and Elektra. Felt a bit let down by the last third, but it was still decent. Foggy was no less irritating, though. I really hate him.

4. Supergirl - Some really questionable "feminism for dummies" stuff in there, and I think the main plotline was dull, but I do really like Melissa Benoist in the part and tended to enjoy it when it focused on her, Alex and Hank.

5. Agent Carter - Really just here by default. I didn't much care for this season, but the cast chemistry was still a lot of fun. Just the writing was not up to scratch at all, a shame since season 1 is among my favourite entries in the MCU.

6. Legends of Tomorrow - Dumb, but I really enjoyed Sara and Cold. Can season 2 just be entirely Caity Lotz fighting in period piece clothing, please? :o

7. The Flash - Season 1 was a lot of fun. Not perfect, but very fun with likable characters. Season 2 started iffy, got promising, but shot itself in the foot with the Zoom reveal as the actor just was not up to the task and everything felt less compelling once he took his mask off.

8. Arrow - I've now dropped this show. I don't know if I'll watch the last few of season 4 and try season 5 out of morbid curiosity, but at the moment, I don't care if I ever see this show again.

9. Gotham - My god. What is this show? This is The Room of current comic shows. It's awful, and I love it. So, enjoyment, I'd probably put it right under Supergirl. But it's just so bad, and I think quality wise it's the worst of them.

Don't watch SHIELD, gave up on it mid season 2, and didn't bother trying Lucifer.

Daredevil S2
The Flash S2
Legends of Tomorrow S1

I stopped watching Agents of SHIELD and Gotham, I only sometimes watch an Arrow episode now, Haven't seen the rest.

Flash is the cream of the crop. Daredevil and iZombie are second and third respectively and both will hopefully continue for several more seasons. Arrow has gone from mediocre to unwatchable.

How can you say that about Daredevil season 1, but then basically ignore the huge pacing issues in Jessica Jones? Jessica Jones has some really bad pacing issues, especially in the last half. A lot of extraneous characters, who don't really add up to much outside of Trish. It is one of those situations where they had 9 episodes of material, and tried to stretch it out to 13. I am a big fan, but honestly the pacing made it hard for me to finish at times. Thank the heavens for Tennant. He made it all worth it.

Daredevil Season 2 has some trouble coming up with the pay off, but overall it is far more well put together and doesn't waste any time. Jessica Jones doesn't linger, it stands still in comparison.

The Flash pretty much repeated the first season, just with a less compelling villain, a sad Barry and an even more convoluted plot.

I don't disagree that it has some pacing issues, but I suppose it comes down to something simple and entirely subjective: it just didn't bother me as much. I can forgive pacing issues if I'm enjoying the story and characters on the whole, and this is one of those cases.

It didn't bother you because of bias. Bias I tell ya!!!

:o

So which character did you prefer, the Riley clone from Buffy (he even came equipped with Riley's winning non-personality), the next door neighbor who just moping around, or the support group full of no personalities? :hehe:

The answer is all of them more than Foggy. :o

I still don't know what your problem with Foggy is. Yes, at the end of the second season I feel like he is being a bit unreasonable, but then I believe it is clear he is looking for some appreciation, some validation.

Avocados at law for life!!!

I definitely had more issues with DD S1's pacing than JJ's. It helps when you're invested in the characters. The only DD characters I liked in S1 before Kingpin entered the story (which was 4 episodes in, btw), were Matt and Claire. I generally agree with Snow about Foggy, especially early on, though weirdly I liked him more in S2. And of course the general story of S1 was pretty superhero-origin-by-numbers (not a complaint, that's just how DD's origin is), so those early eps felt a bit sluggish and I found myself wishing on several occasions that they'd just get on with it because I knew for the most part where they were going. Didn't have those issues with S2 because it just had so much going on and I liked the other characters more.

With JJ, on the other hand, I got super invested very quickly - with her, Luke, Trish and Purple Man, and was always even interested in the Hogarth scenes and where they were going. Plus the overall story was just different and fascinating to me, so I never felt any pacing issues as I was always dying to know what would happen next.

I still have one episode of Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow each to watch, but:

1. Arrow
2. Legends of Tomorrow
3. Agent Carter

1. Daredevil S2 - Best for me. The Punisher was great. I love Matt's supporting cast.

2. Jessica Jones S1 - Really enjoyable. The writing and acting on the Netflix shows is generally far better than other superhero shows in my opinion.

3. Flash S2 - Even with the dip in quality from the first season I still really liked it. Zoom turning up, beating down Barry and parading his broken body around the city is one of the standout moments of superhero television for me.

4. Agents Of Shield S3 - First part of the season was great. The stuff with Jemma on the stranded on planet was good. Rest of the season was hit and miss for me. I liked John Hannah.

5. Supergirl S1- Ok. Some parts of the show are very eye roll worthy but generally it is a entertaining enough show. It is better than Smallville.

6. Agent Carter S2 - Not surprised it was cancelled. Even though it has short seasons it still has a few episodes that feel like filler.

7. Gotham S2 - I didn't see every episode. This show is all over the place. Can be an entertaining watch and can be a drag. Two seasons have gone by and I still don't know if I like it or not.

8. Legends Of Tomorrow S1 - The show had some really dumb moments and they dragged out the Vandal Savage story way longer than was necessary. I don''t think I'll watch next season.

9. Arrow S4 - Awful season that I lost interest in half way through and stopped watching.

1. Jessica Jones S1- I was blown away by how good this show was
2. Daredevil S2- amazing in some elements better than season 1 and in others not so much.
3. The Flash S2- not as good as season 1 as towards the end it had some bad episodes but it still was amazing.
4. Agents of Shield S3- many episodes during this season were really awesome but the season as whole just came up short.
5. Gotham S2- what a rebound from season 1. This season had so many great storylines.
6. Legend of tomorrow S1- I loved the show however the season started just to drag a little
7. Supergirl S1- Really good show I don't understand why people hate it.
8. Agent Carter S2- Going to miss the show but it was not my favorite
9. Arrow S4- This was the only show's season on here that was bad throughout the most of the season

Daredevil S2 - Frank Castle, nuff said. Season 1 still better overall.

iZombie S2 - On par with S1. It didn't dip in quality I thought.

Jessica Jones S1.
