They do not appear on the DVD. There are more bloopers (more "adult" oriented) out there, and that blooper reel is on everyone's wish list for a possible X2: 2.5 DVD.

The Blooper Reel on youtube is from a Playstation PSM Magazine Bonus DVD. I forgot which issue but its one of the Holiday Ones back when X2 first came out
