Does anyone know if TDKR will have a worldwide release? I had to wait over a month with TDK, and i'm really hoping that's not the case this time around because... well, i cant wait that long (and wont, just like with TDK ). Please WB, dont let me down again!

Well, it won't have a worldwide release, unfortunately. Australia, Hong Kong and three more countries are getting it first (July 19th), then it's being released in US and some European countries on July 20th. One week after that, most European countries are getting the film (July 26-27), and then Portugal, Greece, Italy and some others won't get to see it until August.
