The Company...

I've only seen Volume 1, but ive read alot about 'The Company' on the internet.

I know about the 12 but im confused on somethings.

Q1: Which members of the 12 sided with Linderman and which Sided with Nakamira

Q2: I'm guessing Hiro's dad isnt involved with the company in Volume 1,
So who owns the company? HRG took orders from Thompson, thompson took orders from Linderman! so does Linderman run the company(or did since DL killed him) or does all the members that sided with Linderman run it?

----I think we should do a timeline, to explain how all the company and the 12 members are linked and the events that happened from the creation to end to Volume 1-----

Um. I don't think that Linderman and Nakamura split the 12. I think some of them stayed with Linderman and the rest went on their own ways. From what we see Bob is the head of the company now. Linderman did run the company.

Linderman was head of the Company, and I'm guessing he succeeded Kaito Nakamura. Arthur Petrelli was one of the original founders and I figure at some point he had a fallout with Linderman which led to his suicide/murder.

I don't think he had a fallout with Linderman. If anything he faked his suicide to protect Linderman and the Company because Nathan was getting set to turn on his father and bring criminal charges against him for his relationship with Linderman. Of course this is based on the theory that Arthur is still alive.

It's quite conceiveable to think that Arthur Petrelli and Kaito Nakamura had a fallout though, due to Kaito and Angela Petrelli shacking up together.

Well as I understand it, it was Linderman they were mainly after because of his mob ties and Arthur would've been implicated by proxy. But Linderman managed to keep them quiet well enough after Arthur's death, so I'm not sure it was necessary for him to fake his death in the first place.
