Apparently the cure runs a pretty high risk of killing the hell out of you, but if it doesn't you don't have HIV anymore. Obviously it's a long way off but it's a pretty good step.

I think cancer is more important than diabetes Then heart disease, then diabetest: The major form of diabetes is largely preventable with a proper diet and exercise.

What is sad is that even if a cure for aids is found...only people with money will be able to afford it so the majority of people with it in 3rd world countries will still die.
