The Dinosaur Thread

have they ever found a Dinosaur encased in ice? (not a mammoth but an actual dinosaur)

That thing is awesome.

Incredible.

It's ludicrous to me that discoveries such as this aren't major headlines. I flip out when I come across this kind of stuff :funny:

Would be headline news but one of the Kardashians just farted.

I'm way too old for this thread, and not computer literate enough.

Wait... that would make me a dinosaur! :wow: :o

There weren't any significant places for a dinosaur to be trapped in ice so I doubt it. Not to mention I don't think many of them wandered into arctic climates either, although I wouldn't be surprised to find out if some had.

They weren't cold blooded like movies and outdated science believe but they weren't warm blooded either enough to survive in an arctic environment (that I'm aware of).

Can't wait to see the new Jurassic World Trailer.

Taking my son on a play date to see the Spinosaurus exhibit at National Geographic Museum in DC with a couple of other 4 year olds and their moms tomorrow. We were going to go on Tuesday but decided that going into DC during a major power outage could be a suicide mission.

He watched Jurassic Park III last night and it did not change his view on the T Rex being the most awesome dinosaur ever, we'll see if this exhibit will change his mind.

The lad is getting a great education.

I had no idea we had a dinosaur thread. Now I know where to post the dino news I came across sometimes

No forum without a dinosaur thread should be allowed to exist.

I should add that he went to bed with his Spinosaurus toy and was clutching it this morning.

Haha, excellent balanced parenting going on here.
