I think you should put in some highlights at the edges of Bruce's hair to make him stand out. As it is now it just kind of blends in with the Crow's hair, jacket and Bird.

I love your use of Photoshop, just wished I was that good...how you colour in the whole image even the bits with cross hatching?? I usually find it hate to colour those areas in...
