The Eras Tour

I'll be skipping out on this phenomenon. I like Taylor Swift as a person but I'm not really a fan of her music. Even if I was I'm not much of a concert movie guy anyway.

I said in the other thread, i would watch this. But I already saw the whole show in YouTube (through someone attending the show and filming it through their phone). In my opinion, I've seen better.

I'm also not a Swiftie even I tried to listen to all of her studio albums. Country, pop rock and folk aren't just my type of music which is the main sound of 5/10 of her albums. I'm more into pure pop, dance pop and electronic pop. I'm also getting burnt out by her presence (social media, radio, clubs, mall, public transportation, charts, news site).

I only created this thread because i know its going to perform well at the boX office.

I kind of want to go in disguise to see what all the fuss is about. :hehe:

Not a swiftie but the trailer looks good and I’m always up for a concert film. Just debating whether I want to go to a less packed show or hit one of the near-sellouts and get the full concert audience experience. Leaning toward the latter…

Prepare to see the madness when you see Swifties singing their hearts out in front of a big screen.

My country is getting screenings of this and some people (based from my social media feeds) have already booked tickets.

The last time I was aware of a tour being screened in the cinemas was for One Direction and I think Katy Perry/Justin Bieber as well. I think BTS had something like this, this year but I am not sure. Many years ago, my cousin took me to watch a tour of Jonas Brothers in the cinemas and I don't remember any part of it now.

Haha, realistically I’m not going to go, but I would love to be able to see what goes on if I could sneak in invisibly for a while. Would the audience be singing along? Would be funny to see in a cinema where people are usually quiet.

I think that would be case.

Plenty of people can't go to her concert due to inaccessibility, so this would be the neXt option to live the eXperience of that tour.

I think I'll maybe try the streaming version since it has more songs.
