Phillip Donner is an ordinary young office worker who rents a small flat in London with his roommates Lucia and Karl. Even in such confined accommidation, Phillip manages to keep an awesome secret from them.
Unbeknownst to them he is the costumed vigilante who calls himself 'The Fiend', An unwavering force for justice throughout the British isles. For how much longer can he keep his secret life hidden from those he lives with? And what dangers may await them if they do learn of his double identity?

Such questions will have to wait as there is a new evil in the alleys and back streets of London. A vicious killer who wishes to consolidate all crime under his rule and to whom innocent victims are a perk of the job has begun a wide sweeping storm of terror and destruction across the South of England. Beware the scarred and deranged madman they call 'Tiger Jack'!
London's Demon-Faced protector and Britain's most lethal criminal are stalking each others footsteps and are preparing to face off in the first spectacular saga of The Fiend......
